Study trip Budapest (Non members)

S.V. ’t Reactievat gaat naar Boedapest! Trek je wandelschoenen aan, haal je camera uit de kast en meld je aan voor deze onvergetelijke dagen. We gaan een hoop dingen doen, van wandelen naar het vissersbastion, klimmen in de grotten van Palvolgyi en zwemmen in het Széchenyi badhuis.

De eigen bijdrage bedraagt €350 wanneer je nog geen lid bent van de vereniging, maar let op, het is op dit moment mogelijk om een combi lidmaatschap aan te schaffen voor het resterende studiejaar 2021-2022 én studiejaar 2022-2023! Hiermee geniet jij en van de korting op de studiereis, en van alle voordelen van het lidmaatschap van de vereniging! Inbegrepen in de eigen bijdrage is de reis Nijmegen – Boedapest per vliegtuig, overnachtingen, OV kaart voor alle dagen, entree tickets voor de activiteiten, ontbijt en avondeten. 

Door dit product aan te schaffen kom je op de lijst met aangemelde studenten, maar let op vol=vol. Je krijgt van ons een email waarin we je vragen het bedrag van €350 euro over te maken en een aantal formulieren in te vullen. Je aanmelding is pas compleet als het bedrag van €350 én het inschrijfformulier door de vereniging ontvangen is! De deadline voor betaling en het opsturen van het inschrijfformulier is 4 februari 23:59 uur.

Let op, volgens de huidige covid-19 maatregelen moet iedereen een QR code kunnen laten zien bij vertrek en aankomst in Nederland. Ook is het in Boedapest op meerdere momenten nodig een QR code te laten scannen. Zorg dat je dit in Nederland al op orde hebt! Er is eenmaal in Boedapest geen mogelijkheid om (meerdere keren) langs een testlocatie te gaan voor een negatief testbewijs.

Voor 21:00 uur aangemeld de volgende dag een mail met de bestanden.

S.V. ’t Reactievat is going to Budapest! Put your hiking boots on, get your camera and sign up for an unforgettable trip. There are a lot of activities on the schedule, such as a hike to the fisherman’s bastion, climbing in the caves of Palvolgyi and swimming in the Széchenyi bathhouse. 

The contribution amounts to €350 when you are not a member of the association. But, at this moment it is possible to buy a combi-membership for both the remaining study year 2021-2022 and the study year 2022-2023! With this you’ll enjoy the discount for the study trip, and all the benefits that the association can bring you. Including in the study trip contribution is the trip Nijmegen – Budapest by plane, overnight stays, public transportation card for all days, entry tickets for the activities, breakfast and dinner. 

By buying this product you’ll be put on the list with the registered students. You’ll get an email in which we ask you to transfer the contribution of €350 and to fill in a couple of forms. Your signup is only complete when the €350 and the registration forms are receives by the association! The deadline for payment and sending in the forms is 4th of February 23:59. 

Pay attention, following the current covid-19 measures everybody needs to be able to show a QR code at departure and arrival in the Netherlands. When in Budapest it is also necessary to show your QR code various times on multiple days. Make sure that you have this in order prior to departure! Once we’re in Budapest there is no possibility to visit a test location.
